DESCRIPTION:The goal of this session is to create an interactive and introspective environment for employees to share experiences, connect, and learn from one another. It is so important to bring your whole self to work each day, though there are plenty of circumstances in which you may not feel entirely comfortable doing so. We welcome those interested in looking within themselves to identify challenges that can inhibit you from showing up each day authentically. In small groups we will work through a series of questions that will require honest reflection, followed by group discussions about how we can make EDFR a more inclusive place to work.
