Hotel accommodations will be provided for all attendees at the Kona Kai Resort.
Select your hotel dates during registration. We will handle your hotel reservation.
Changes can be made through April 8th using link in registration confirmation email (from events@edf-re.com).
Any room changes after April 8th are subject to hotel availability.

Hotel lobby can hold your luggage, as needed. Early check-ins or late check-outs are at hotel's discretion.
Summit room nights will be covered; please discuss with your manager if staying outside Mon-Weds dates.
Any additional/unapproved nights must be paid for personally ($239/night rate is available 3 days pre/post event).
Incidental room charges are the responsibility of the individual; credit card will be required at check-in.
All summit-related travel expenses should be reported in Concur for reimbursement.
