Digital tools to improve efficiency w/ Livia Barbosa & Jade Bilodeau
This brainstorming session aims to understand which digital tools the current audience uses, present the ones that EDF offers (M Suite, ChatGPT, and other specific tools, such as Malbek, for contract management), and discuss best practices with the audience. The goal is to enhance awareness about the digital tools available, discuss how to get the most out of them and collect insights from the audience on making our daily lives easier using digital tools.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) w/ Lexi Reynolds
The goal of this session is to create an interactive and introspective environment for employees to share experiences, connect, and learn from one another. It is so important to bring your whole self to work each day, though there are plenty of circumstances in which you may not feel entirely comfortable doing so. We welcome those interested in looking within themselves to identify challenges that can inhibit you from showing up each day authentically. In small groups we will work through a series of questions that will require honest reflection, followed by group discussions about how we can make EDFR a more inclusive place to work.

Value creation from better decisions. w/ Lydia Lostan
This brainstorming session will focus on how to make good decisions as a team. The objective is to come up with a list of actions we will present to management and start implementing on right away to make positive changes in our day-to-day. We will have discussions about expectations, framing tools and automation, how to be inclusive and assign responsibilities and much more. There will be no slides but colored post-its to write down areas of improvement and ideas.

What does it mean to be a leader when it comes to health and safety at EDFR? What tools and ideas do you think we need to reinforce our commitment? w/ Xavier Reiter
The wellbeing of our employees gives meaning to our actions, our jobs, and our lives. We all deserve to go home safely at the end of our workday. We should therefore all be leaders when it comes to health and safety. This session's purpose is to brainstorm on what it means to be an organization that prioritizes HSSE and to find ways to reinforce our commitment. What are the tools and good practices that would help me to be a better leader in HSSE?
